And in the interest of stealing without apology, I’m taking the question template from Praxis participant Lacey Jade Lanzo. (Thanks Chuck Grimmet for linking to the post).

One word that best describes how you work: Action.
What apps/software/tools can’t you live without?
Evernote.
What’s your workspace like? Tidy. Organized via the Getting Things Done system of Inbox, Next Actions, Waiting, Reference.
What’s your best time-saving trick? Pomodoro.cc
What’s your favorite to-do list manager? Evernote.
Besides your phone and computer, what gadget can’t you live without? External/wireless mouse. Blue blockers.
What everyday thing are you better at than anyone else? I think I’m good at daily journaling. I’ve done Nathaniel Branden sentence completion exercises every weekday morning since early 2015.
What are you currently reading? The Last Safe-Investment by Bryan Franklin and Michael Ellsberg. Brilliant book inviting you to think of all decisions as investments that symbiotically relate to all areas of life. I love matching this concept to other symbiotic processes, such as health.
What do you listen to while you work? Often binaural beats, while I score study. While I write, I often listen to Mozart 29 1st Movement on ListenonRepeat.com. While I journal, I often listen to The Six Parts Seven. While I do my GTD Weekly Review I listen to Peter Doran “Every Little Thing,” on repeat (listening on repeat is a great focus hack).
Are you more of an introvert or an extrovert? Introvert. But as a conductor, I certainly have an outgoing part of me.
What’s your sleep routine like? My ideal is sleep 9:15 PM to 5:15 AM. Again, my ideal….
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received? The Mother of All Advice.
Is there anything else you’d like to add? I love Facebook NewsFeed Eradicator. Often, I remember: there are 1440 of minutes per day. 15 minutes can be a long time when you focus. Meditation is the foundation.
Also, here’s the best way to begin with the end in mind.
