Recap:
– Finished introduction to UI
– Began navigation of managing individual user
A central piece from today’s session was identifying scenarios in which a user is having an issue logging in. By downloading the login history, I can verify if that user’s account has been locked out, or had unsuccessful login attempts.
If neither is the case, the issue is either:
– Logging in with wrong username
– Logging in to wrong location (i.e. logging into to test.salesforce.com rather than login.salesforce.com)
So, the login history data has utility.

That’s all for today!
Note for this PDP: each day will cover approximately 10-15 of video content on Udemy. I’m sticking to the do 1% a day principle.
