Moving to the Content application from Salesforce.
Here, content (documents/URL’s) can be shared and stored, via Libraries.
A content pack places a collection of related docs/sites into one folder. This can then be added to a library (public, shared, or private). Tags can be added, and one can subscribe to receive updates. An Administrator can create settings for tagging capabilities for users.
Chatter is a “news feed” like page that shows recent activity.
Content Delivery allows you to convert a document into a friendlier online read version (i.e. Word or Powerpoint file).
