Solution Management vs. Sales Force Knowledge
Salesforce Knowledge is a newer, more flexible tool (requiring a separate license) to assist SFDC users with providing solutions to customer cases.
Here’s a good thread outlining the difference.
For the purposes of my Udemy course, we’ll stick with Solution Management, which comes with the regular platform.
