Sharing Reports
Individual users will only see opportunities (or leads, campaigns, etc.) if that user has been given access (set to private) to the data when it was created.
So in a report, not all data will come up for a user depending on the user’s hierarchy placement.
By logging in as a separate user (Admin User), I created an opportunity under that user, so the data is now viewable in the report.
