This holiday season, be mindful of your deposits and withdrawals.

In your health bank account.

You’ll be invited to eat cookies and pie, and stay up late.

Those are withdrawals.

Money was meant to be spent!

But, not more than you have.

Make deposits too.

Walk. Sauna. Nap. Meditation. Yoga. Real food.

But don’t do anything because you “should.”

Do it for the benefit of your current and future self.

You’ll maintain your mind and body throughout the season, and be more happy.

Everything is a choice.
