Momentum is one of the most interesting concepts.
What is it?
It’s action, feedback, action.
When our actions create feedback that is positive, that progress towards our destination (i.e. small task of calling potential business partner who then expresses interest), we get excited!
So we are fueled to act more.
This is why action breeds motivation.
But the other side of momentum is getting in a snowball you no longer want.
Your habits become automatic because of momentum itself, not motivation.
So, zooming out to audit your life’s momentum is helpful, so you can live consciously and intentionally.
