Think about ARPU to CAC (customer acquisition cost) scale. Higher ARPU means can put more into CAC. Watch out for danger zone of the middle ground, where ARPU is high enough where there is friction to go through lower cost channels, or ARPU is not high enough to be able to eat the costs of higher CAC channels (i.e. inside sales)
