Habits are the foundation of how we assert our priorities into this world. I’m not Cal Ripken Jr. when it comes to these, but I’m definitely consistent overall:
Make My Bed
Meditate for 6 minutes
Write every to-do item that crosses my brain, in my Moleskine, or Evernote
Track all of my expenses in the Every Dollar App
Review my calendar each morning
Record my habits in my Way of Life App
Take a walk
5 minutes of conducting stretches/movement training
Do at least 1 thing to move towards each of my projects
Get fresh air
Get sunshine
