Not all opinions are equal.

And not all opinions are respectable.

Yes, I respect you as a human, meaning I see you as worthy of belonging and acceptance, because you are a human being.

But your opinions and beliefs don’t get respect just because.

I’ll weigh that against the truth.

I don’t have “beliefs.”

I search for truth based on my ability to makes sense of the world.

I could always be wrong, so I’m curious to learn more when I hear a differing perspective.

But this notion of “agree to disagree” is not helpful.

Let’s explore truth rigorously.

Let Truth be the Authority.

At least that’s the way I see it.
