trauma

Lower case “t” trauma is the water in which we swim.

As children, we experienced mild yet chronic adversity such as:

timeouts
sitting still at a desk
“because I said so”
“share your toys”
parents arguing
squelching our emotions
moving to a new town/city
homework assignments we hated
forced vegetable eating

We as a culture yearn for healing and processing of our pasts.

You can heal 1% today to get the ball rolling.

And inspire others.

That’s the real work.
