How many weeds are growing in our minds?

To maintain a garden, we know weed-pulling is vital.

It makes room for the healthy plants to blossom.

Well, is this not a law of life?

Why not with thoughts? What beliefs, assumptions, and attitudes are taking over our internal gardens?

Which thought-weeds need to be pulled?

The first 20 years of our lives were largely unconscious and un-chosen.

If we haven’t yet sorted through the mental overgrowth, let us now start.

For the future holds possibility of a flourishing, blossoming structure of intentionally chosen neural wiring.

Go prune.
